Making the Most of a Mentorship: 
For Mentors and Mentees
Presented by Melissa Smith, Ed.D.

Participants will explore the characteristics of an effective mentorship. Critical features for a successful experience, such as how to maximize the strengths of each participant, clarify expectations, set goals, determine activities, and establish meeting protocol will be shared.  

This workshop will be conducted in ASL.  
 
Workshop from 9:00am - 11:00am (0.2 CEUs)
General Membership meeting to follow
Free for SDCRID members; $10 for non-members
