Making the Most of a Mentorship: For Mentors and MenteesPresented by Melissa Smith, Ed.D. Participants will explore the characteristics of an effective mentorship. Critical features for a successful experience, such as how to maximize the strengths of each participant, clarify expectations, set goals, determine activities, and establish meeting protocol will be shared.
